Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the description or price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible to allow you the choice of confirming or canceling your order.

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Please visit our website for our most current pricing. 

Sales Tax: ClassRingDepot.com powered by Kids in Communities charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Ordering & Payment: All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

Customization: The Company allows for customization of class rings. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete information regarding customization (e.g., engravings, gemstone selection). The Company is not liable for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Production Time: Standard production time is 3-4 weeks.

Delivery & Shipping: The Company will strive to deliver products within the stated delivery time, but all delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. All orders ship from Greenwich; CT. Shipments are made via United Parcel Service or Federal Express Ground. COD SHIPMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. ClassRingDepot.com has no control of delivery after the order has been transferred to the Freight Carrier. ClassRingDepot.com does not guarantee any arrival date. If the product is shipped per schedule and arrives late due to freight carrier error, the customer is still required to pay for the order. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made to You by ClassRingDepot.com powered by Kids in Communities five (5) days after the date sent.

Returns & Exchanges: Customized class rings are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. In the event of defects in workmanship or materials, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the ring to contact us for an exchange or repair.

Warranty: All class rings come with a “Lifetime Warranty” against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damages due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations. Our rings are meant to last a lifetime, but it should be noted that even the most durable and well-executed jewelry designs call for utmost care and responsible use. Most of our rings have CZ stones, through normal wear and tear, may eventually detach from their mounts. Though relatively rare, if this happens, our lifetime warranty on all our rings covers labor charges for these rare circumstances. Our lifetime warranty also includes free resizing.

IMPORTANT: All unauthorized work on our rings completely voids your warranty. These include engraving, resizing, repairs, and all modifications made to your ring by other jewelers.

Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the product. We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content associated with The Company’s products and website are the intellectual property of The Company and may not be replicated, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

Data Privacy: Personal data provided to The Company during the order process is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card details nor share customer details with third parties.

Trademark Usage: All copy or other material submitted by the customer or distributor will be accepted by the factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright,  right of privacy, patent or similar protection.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control such as acts  out not limited to, acts of God, war, insurrection, riots, terrorism, crime, labor shortages or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or actions, national or regional emergency, pandemic or epidemic, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, hurricane, or other natural disasters, failure or delay of transportation, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing, which prevents or delays the affected party from performing its obligations under this Agreement. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to a Force Majeure event. However, this provision shall not be construed to excuse non-performance of any obligation by a party prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure event.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut, in the United States. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be adjudicated in the courts of the state of Connecticut, in the United States, and you consent to jurisdiction in such courts.

Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for updates before making a purchase.
