1. How do I place my class ring order?

Please visit our class ring ordering portal at www.classringdepot.com to place your
order. If you have questions about your ring selection click on contact us and your local
account manager will reach out to answer any questions you may have.

2. Can I make a change to my class ring order?

Changes can be made up to 72 hours after the initial order is placed by contacting us
through the class ring ordering portal and providing your order number and description of
the changes.

3. How do I check the status of my ring order?

You may check the status of your ring order through the contact us section of the class
ring ordering portal.
No PO Box Addresses. Must be a designated street address.

4. How will my class ring be delivered?

Your class ring will be shipped to the address designated on the order. Please note that
someone will need to be there to sign for the delivery.

5. What size ring should I order?

Please see our 3 ring size options to calculate your personal ring size.
Always use the larger size if you are in between two sizes.
You can also ask a local jeweler to help.

6. What is the best way to care for my ring?

To maintain the look of your ring you simply should buff with a good silver polish or warm
soap and water.
